Blinken calls Hezbollah 'threat,' US blacklists 7 Lebanese nationals

The Treasury Department said in a statement that it had blacklisted Ibrahim Ali Daher, who it described as chief of Hezbollah's Central Finance Unit, as a specially designated global terrorist.
