Harris Concedes to Trump: Aide

Vice President Kamala Harris called former President Donald Trump on Nov. 6 to congratulate him and concede the presidential race, according to a senior adviser to Harris. The person spoke on condition of anonymity to discuss the call. Harris is scheduled to address supporters in a concession speech at Howard University at 4 p.m. ET. The aide said Harris discussed the importance of a peaceful transfer of power with Trump. The Harris campaign did not respond to a request for more information. “President Donald J.
