US Judge Rejects Trump Bid to Delay Evidence Release in Election Case A Federal Judge has denied a request from former President Donald Trump to delay the release of additional evidence by prosecutors until after the presidential election. District of Columbia Judge Tanya Chutkan said that delaying its release would amount to a form of election interference.
