The New South Wales (NSW) government wants to see the results of an investigation into a “rare” fatal multi-vehicle collision on the Sydney Harbour Bridge before considering a review of safety measures. The early afternoon smash on Oct. 17 killed two men, injured a pregnant woman and caused traffic gridlock across the city. Footage from bridge security cameras showed a northbound vehicle veering into southbound lanes about 1.40pm, triggering a series of collisions between three cars and a bus, police said.
