North Dakota District Judge Bruce Romanic has struck down the state’s abortion law in a 24-page ruling that said it violated state law because it was too vague. The judge’s order legalizes abortion in the state, though there are no clinics in operation. The Republican-majority Legislature is expected to appeal the ruling.
