Suspect in Custody After Reports of Shooting at Georgia High School

Authorities in Georgia say that a suspect is in custody and that there were casualties after a reported shooting at the Apalachee High School in Winder on Wednesday. The Barrow County Sheriff’s Office told local media outlet WSB-TV that the incident occurred around 10:20 a.m. ET when officers and emergency services were dispatched to the school. The Georgia Bureau of Investigation also said its agents are responding to a shooting at the school. “Casualties have been reported, however details on the number or their conditions [are] not available at this time,” the sheriff’s office also told CNN. The Epoch Times contacted the Barrow County Sheriff’s Office for comment....
