Pro-Palestine Rally Leads to Arrests Outside Columbia University

It was business as usual on the first day of school at Columbia University’s campus, but outside the gates of entry, a pro-Palestine rally led to individuals being taken into custody. “Two people were arrested at 1300 hours today,” a New York Police Department (NYPD) spokesperson told The Epoch Times.  The two were 21-year-old Andrew Timberg who was charged with attempted obstruction of governmental administration in the second degree and attempted disorderly conduct; and 21-year-old Joshi Priyanka who was charged with obstruction of governmental administration in the second degree and disorderly conduct, according to the NYPD.
