Special counsel Jack Smith has filed a superseding indictment in the January 6th case against former President Trump. The new indictment keeps the same charges, but narrows the allegations against Trump. Trump has pleaded not guilty, but will have to enter a new plea for the revised indictment. Prosecutors and Trump’s lawyers will be back in court next week for the case’s first hearing in months. SpaceX’s historic Polaris Dawn mission is delayed once again.
