Park’N Fly Reports Security Breach Impacting One Million Customer Records

Airport parking service Park’N Fly has announced that a major data breach occurred within its network last month, resulting in unauthorized access to the personal files of one million customers. A third party infiltrated the Park’N Fly network through illicit remote VPN access between July 11 and July 13, but the financial information of customers was not accessed, the company said in an emailed statement. “Immediately upon discovering this event, Park’N Fly’s Information Technology team launched an investigation along with the cyber security partner to assess what types of information may have been accessed,” the company said, adding that all platforms were fully restored within five days.  ...
