Actor Michael Madsen Arrested Over Alleged Domestic Violence Incident

Hollywood actor Michael Madsen, known for his roles in several Quentin Tarantino films, was arrested in California on Aug. 17 over an alleged domestic violence incident involving his wife. The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department confirmed on Aug. 19 that Madsen was arrested on a misdemeanor domestic battery charge and had been booked into jail at the Malibu/Lost Hills sheriff’s station. The 66-year-old actor was arrested after deputies responded to a call around 12.15 a.m. at 31600 Broad Beach Road in Malibu regarding a “family disturbance,” according to the sheriff’s department. “The informant stated that a female adult alleged her husband pushed her and locked her out of their residence,” the sheriff’s department said in an emailed statement to The Epoch Times....
