
Houthis Resume Shipping Attacks, Targeting a Ship Off Yemen

Houthi rebels have resumed attacks on shipping off the coast of Yemen. On Aug. 7, the terror group said it had targeted a container ship, the Contship Ono, with ballistic missiles and drones. The attacks broke a two-week lull. After the Houthis fired a missile on July 19—hitting an apartment building in downtown Tel Aviv less than a half-mile from the U.S. consulate—Israel retaliated the next day with an air strike against the rebel group’s main port of Hodeidah.
