Former President Donald Trump and Vice President Kamala Harris have agreed to debate one another on ABC News on Sept. 10. Trump also proposed two more debates: Sept. 4 on Fox, and Sept. 25 on NBC. Russian forces battled Ukrainian troops on the third day of a large-scale cross-border incursion. The Study of War think tank said Ukrainian forces are believed to have advanced as much as 9 miles into Russian territory. Israeli forces ordered a mass evacuation in large areas around Khan Younis in southern Gaza. The military said it will soon operate there in response to Hamas rocket fire. Meanwhile, the State Department said it is in the final stages of negotiating a ceasefire deal between Israel and Hamas....
