Former President Donald Trump has announced that he’s agreed to debate Vice President Kamala Harris, marking the first time he has made a firm commitment. The debate, which Harris has not yet formally agreed to, would take place on Sept. 4 at an unspecified location in Pennsylvania, hosted by Fox News, the former president announced in a post on social media. Trump said that the Sept. 4 debate on Fox is essentially a replacement of the previously scheduled Sept. 10 debate against President Joe Biden on ABC, which the former president said “has been terminated in that Biden will no longer be a participant.”...
