Space Mountain Among 6 Disneyland Attractions Set for Temporary Closure

Disneyland Resort will close six attractions this summer as part of its seasonal refurbishment. Beginning in August, Disneyland Railroad, Space Mountain, Disneyland Monorail, Turtle Talk, Animation Academy, and Anna & Elsa’s Royal Welcome will all be temporarily unavailable to guests, according to the Anaheim theme park’s website. Other attractions already closed for refurbishment include the Haunted Mansion, Great Moments with Mr. Lincoln, Davy Crockett’s Explorer Canoes, Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh, and Redwood Creek Challenge Trail. Those looking to join a Grand Circle Tour around the park on the Disneyland Railroad will have to do so before Aug. 5, when it closes with no reopening date listed.
