The reason California’s Silicon Valley has become a global hub for technology is that it has cultivated an entire ecosystem of talent, experience, academic institutions, and funding, a venture capitalist said in a recent episode of EpochTV’s “Bay Area Innovators.” Sudhir Kadam, a venture partner at FYDA Growth Partners, said the success of Silicon Valley goes back to its early stages beginning with companies like Fairchild Semiconductor, Intel, LSI Logic, and Hewlett-Packard, which attracted a lot of people who wanted to do something different.
