Secret Service Deputy Director Ronald Rowe has now been appointed acting director of the agency. At the first rally in her presidential campaign, Vice President Kamala Harris vows to unite the party. President Joe Biden, appearing in public for the first time in six days, is set to address the nation on Wednesday night. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will address a joint session of Congress for a fourth time on Wednesday.
