15-Year-Old Southern California Girl Missing for a Week Found Safe

After an extensive week-long search by law enforcement and local residents for a 15-year-old girl who went missing in the Monterey Park area last Tuesday, she was found safe on July 23. Alison Jillian Chao’s family reported on a website set up to help find her that she was located around 11 a.m. on Tuesday. “Thank you to the community for your unwavering support and assistance in our efforts in finding Alison,” the family wrote. “This would not been possible without your help and effort!
