Hamas, Fatah Sign Declaration in Beijing on Plans to Form Joint Government

Various Palestinian factions, including rivals Hamas and Fatah, have signed a declaration to form a joint government during negotiations sponsored by the Chinese communist regime. The Beijing Declaration was signed at the end of reconciliation talks held in China’s capital from July 21 to 23, according to a statement from the Chinese foreign ministry, reported by Chinese state media.
