The death of a 2-month-old baby left in an SUV parked outside a home in eastern San Diego County is under investigation, authorities said on June 19. A family member called 911 on June 13 after finding the baby girl unresponsive inside an SUV that had been parked for several hours in the 10000 block of Settle Road in Santee, according to the San Diego County Sheriff’s Department. Deputies with the Santee station and paramedics rushed to provide life-saving measures to the baby girl, who later died at the hospital, a department spokesperson told The Epoch Times.
