Labour will enact “the most ambitious climate and energy agenda in British history,” according to shadow net zero minister Ed Miliband. In an interview with the i on Sunday, the former Labour leader said the party wanted “to change our country.” Labour plans on moving to 100 percent “clean power” by 2030, five years earlier than the Tories. “If we win the election, we will be implementing the most ambitious climate and energy agenda in British history,” Mr. Miliband wrote on social media platform X on Monday.
