Amid speculation about the voting rights implications of former President Donald Trump’s recent felony conviction, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis has vowed to make sure that the former president will be able to cast a vote in his home state of Florida. A jury on Thursday found President Trump guilty of 34 felony counts of falsifying business records in order to influence the 2016 presidential election in which he was a candidate.
