UCLA Student Workers Strike, Demand Amnesty for Anti-Israel Protesters

The union representing student workers of the University of California has escalated a labor standoff in support of anti-Israel protesters on some of its campuses. Workers walked off the job Tuesday at UCLA and UC Davis, joining those who began picketing last week at UC Santa Cruz. The demonstrators are demanding amnesty over how they saw the university’s response to protesters who were arrested by police or suspended from their campuses. ...
