Tories Move Motion to Oust House Speaker Fergus

The Conservatives have moved a motion in the House of Commons for the removal of House Speaker Greg Fergus, saying he “betrayed” his role’s tradition of impartiality. Mr. Fergus is accused of being involved in a Liberal Party event whose advertisements used language criticizing Conservative Party Leader Pierre Poilievre.
