
Man Stabbed on Metro Bus in Lynwood Area; Suspect Arrested
LYNWOOD, Calif.—A stabbing on a Metro bus in the Lynwood area, south of Los Angeles, on May 21 left a man injured and a suspect in custody in the latest violent incident to plague the troubled transit system. Paramedics sent to the area of Long Beach Boulevard and Norton Avenue at about 11:20 a.m. took one person to a hospital in unknown condition, according to the Los Angeles County Fire Department.
