
Trump Documents Case Judge to Hear Arguments for Dismissal

Mr. Nauta’s attorneys will argue that the case should be dismissed based on selective and vindictive prosecution. Judge Cannon will then hear arguments from all defendants to dismiss the case on insufficient pleading. The case was originally set to go to trial on May 20, but the trial has been postponed indefinitely because myriad issues regarding classified information remain unresolved, and the judge still needs to rule on eight substantive motions....
