A federal appeals court has struck down the latest attempt by lawyers for President Joe Biden’s son, Hunter Biden, to put on hold an upcoming gun trial while he pursues an appeal. A three-judge panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit denied the younger Biden’s request on May 21 to pause the trial while his challenges to the prosecution play out.
