Republicans Highlight Early Voting, Ballot Harvesting, and Drop Boxes at California GOP Meeting

BURLINGAME, Calif.—Midway through her remarks at the California GOP’s spring meeting, Harmeet Dhillon quipped about some of the alternatives to conventional same-day voting in the Golden State.
