Man Accused of Kidnapping, Sexually Assaulting Women in White Van in Angeles National Forest

A man suspected of kidnapping two women and sexually assaulting them was charged with rape and forcible oral copulation May 16, Los Angeles County authorities announced. Officials allege Eduardo Sarabia, 40, picked up two women in a white van between 9:30 p.m. and 10 p.m. May 12 and May 13 and drove them into the Angeles National Forest. On May 12, he allegedly drove one of the victims to a secluded area in the forest where he raped her, the district attorney’s office said. Eduardo Sarabia is suspected of kidnapping two women and sexually assaulting them in the Angeles Forest in Los Angeles County, Calif., in May 2024.
