
Son of Conservative Activist Brent Bozell Sentenced to 45 Months in Prison for Jan. 6

The son of longtime conservative activist Brent Bozell will spend 45 months in federal prison for breaking windows and being among the first to breach the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021, a judge ruled on May 17. Leo Brent Bozell IV, 44, of Palmyra, Pennsylvania, received a substantially lower prison term than the 140 months being sought by the U.S. Department of Justice or the 60 months recommended by U.S. Probation and Pretrial Services. He had asked for a prison term no longer than 30 months. Mr. Bozell—who goes by the childhood nickname “Zeeker”—was also sentenced by U.S. District Judge John Bates to two years of supervised release and ordered to pay $5,234 in fees and restitution....
