He had already been released on his own recognizance shortly before 8:00 a.m. local time, according to jail records. The incident allegedly occurred following a traffic misunderstanding near Valhalla Golf Club, the venue for the ongoing 2024 PGA Championship, according to an ESPN Reporter who witnessed and filmed the incident.
