
Federal Agency Alerts iPhone Users to Update Now

The U.S. Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Agency this week urged iPhone users to update their devices as soon as possible due to a security flaw. In a statement, CISA, an arm of the Department of Homeland Security, said that various iPhone, Macbook, iPad, and other Apple users should initiate the updates to address vulnerabilities. “A cyber threat actor could exploit some of these vulnerabilities to take control of an affected system. Users and administrators are encouraged to review the following advisories and apply necessary updates,” the CISA bulletin said.
