Lawmakers from both sides of the aisle are determining what’s next now that a deadline to place President Joe Biden on the Ohio general election ballot has passed without a resolution from the state’s Republican-controlled state legislature. Ohio law mandates that the deadline is 90 days before the general election. This year, Election Day is Nov. 5, which makes the deadline Aug. 7.
