Commentary A possible ray of sunshine for the Golden State: It looks like California’s overall population exodus has ended. It comes just as artificial intelligence (AI) is booming in a new rivalry with communist China. On April 30, the Department of Finance announced the tally increased by 67,000 in 2023. There are now 39,128,162 Californians enjoying the fun in the sun. “People from across the nation and the globe are coming to the Golden State to pursue the California Dream and experience the success of the world’s 5th largest economy,” enthused Gov.
