DUI Driver Gets 30 Years to Life for Crash That Killed 4 in Santa Ana

A Buena Park man was sentenced April 9 to 30 years to life in prison for a drunken-driving crash that killed four people in Santa Ana more than five years ago. Vincent Michael Calvo, 33, was driving under the influence on Feb. 17, 2019, when he ran into a vehicle carrying four people, killing all of them. Calvo was driving a Jeep westbound on Fourth Street when he collided with a southbound Chevrolet Silverado pickup at Tustin Avenue after failing to stop for a red light at the intersection, according to police.
