The rarity of the event has eclipse enthusiasts booking hotel rooms in premium viewing areas like Niagara Falls, Hamilton, and Kingston in Ontario, and Montreal and Sherbrooke in Quebec. Viewing a total eclipse can be a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for many.
