‘Boardwalk Empire’ Actor Michael Stuhlbarg Assaulted by Homeless Man in NYC

Actor Michael Stuhlbarg, best known for portraying gangster Arnold Rothstein in the hit HBO drama series “Boardwalk Empire,” is recovering from a physical assault that took place on the eve of March 31 in New York City. The “Dopesick” star, 55, was struck in the head by a rock hurled by a homeless man, later identified as Xavier Israel, while walking through Central Park. The incident occurred at around 7:45 p.m., the New York Police Department (NYPD) has confirmed.
