Illegal marijuana dealers continue to be a danger to the public despite the sale of recreational cannabis being legalized in 2018, a Department of Health panel told parliament this week. Criminal activity involving the illicit sales of marijuana remains a major problem, the expert panel said in its legislative review of the 2018 Cannabis Act, as first reported by Blacklock’s Reporter.
