Billionaire Elon Musk has promised to aid Canadian COVID-19 lockdown and vaccine critic Dr. Kulvinder Kaur Gill, who was ordered to pay $300,000 in court-ordered costs after losing a libel suit and subsequent appeal last month. Dr. Gill called on the owner of the social media platform X to help her raise the $300,000. She cited a post by Mr. Musk in August of last year after his purchase of the platform in which he promised to fund legal bills of anyone treated unfairly by their employer due to posts or likes made on the platform.
