Cowboys’ Dak Prescott Sues Woman Who Accused Him of Sexual Assault, Alleges Extortion Plot

Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott has filed a lawsuit against a woman who accused him of sexual assault and demanded money in exchange for her silence. Mr. Prescott’s lawyers filed the lawsuit on Monday in Collin County, Texas, accusing the defendant, identified as Victoria Shores, of extortion after her attorneys sent him a letter in January demanding $100 million to keep quiet about the alleged sexual assault. Ms. Shores alleges that the NFL star sexually assaulted her in the back of a black SUV in Dallas on Feb. 2, 2017, according to court documents obtained by Heavy.com. “Despite the tragic events, she is willing to forgo pursuing criminal charges, along with disclosing this information to the public, in exchange for compensating her for the mental anguish she has suffered,” wrote lawyers Bethel Zehaie and Yoel Zehaie in the letter, which was included in Mr. Prescott’s court filings. “Ms. Shores damages are valued at $100,000,000.”...
