Former President Donald Trump said Tuesday that President Joe Biden is getting a “free pass” in his classified documents probe while the former president is getting clobbered—but he’s “still fighting.” President Trump made the remarks in a post on social media that came as special counsel Robert Hur was set to testify before Congress on his decision not to bring charges against President Biden over a trove of classified documents he was found to have mishandled.
