Super Tuesday is much more than the headline contest between President Donald Trump and former South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley in the Republican presidential primary. On March 5, voters in California, Texas, North Carolina, and Alabama will also be casting a vote to determine the outcome of crucial primary races for the Senate and House. North Carolinians will also be making their choices for the Democratic and Republican nominees in the closely watched race for the governorship.
