Louisiana Police Arrest Illegal Immigrant Suspected of Raping Minor, Armed Robbery

Police in Kenner, Louisiana, arrested an illegal immigrant for armed robbery; he later turned out to be wanted for the rape of a 14-year-old girl. “On Tuesday, February 20, the Kenner Police Department received information and began an investigation into the aggravated rape of a 14-year-old girl,” the Kenner Police Department (KPD) said. “As a result of the investigation, an arrest warrant was issued by Kenner detectives for Angel Matias Castellanos-Orellana, a 19-year-old Honduran national who is in the United States illegally. The arrest warrant was for the rape of the 14-year-old girl at knifepoint.” The suspect was arrested on Feb. 25, after an armed robbery left one victim stabbed and taken to the hospital. The victim is reported to be in stable condition....
