Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis has called on Judge Scott McAfee to disallow as evidence cellphone records submitted by Trump lawyers suggesting she and special prosecutor Nathan Wade may have lied about when their romantic relationship began. Ms. Willis’s objection to the new evidence, which Trump attorneys say adds weight to their argument she hired her then-boyfriend for mutual financial gain in a corrupt bargain and should be disqualified, came in a Feb. 23 court filing.
