Japan and the US Improve Warfighting Readiness in Face of Threats from the CCP

Recently, Japan conducted a series of military drills and expanded the country’s defense capabilities. The U.S. Forces Japan (USFJ) has also been conducting joint drills with Japan to step up readiness in the face of a potential war, and the drills have been focused in the vicinity of Taiwan.
