Three weeks ahead of Super Tuesday, four leading candidates running for one of California’s two U.S. Senate seats squared off in a second televised debate in San Francisco on Feb. 12. U.S. Reps. Barbara Lee, Adam Schiff, and Katie Porter—all Democrats—and Republican Steve Garvey were questioned on topics including the border crisis, economy, military aid for foreign conflicts, homelessness, and age limits for presidential races.
