Otisville Mayor Brian Carey said that improving communications with village residents had been a top priority since he came into office last April. He personally manages the village’s Facebook page, whose followers have grown by hundreds. He also got a camcorder, with which he records the bimonthly village board meetings and uploads onto Facebook for residents to watch in the comfort of their homes.
