ORANGEBURG, S.C.–2024 Republican presidential candidate Nikki Haley on Feb. 11 predicted that President Joe Biden will not be the presumptive Democratic nominee in 30 days after the release of a damning special counsel report. “You’re gonna have a female president of the United States,” Ms. Haley told a crowd of around 50 people at a campaign event in Orangeburg, South Carolina. “It’s gonna be me or it’s gonna be [Vice President] Kamala [Harris].” Ms. Haley was speaking about the contents of a special counsel report investigating President Biden’s alleged mishandling of classified documents. The report found that while he had “willfully retained” classified materials—including some when he was still a senator—President Biden would not be charged due to his “poor memory.”...
