Democrat Playbook Tested in NY Special Election to Replace George Santos

When Tom Suozzi first began campaigning to replace Rep. George Santos (R-NY) in Congressional District 3 (CD-3), he was concerned about the strength of the Republican machine and whether his party could match it.  CD-3 spans Nassau County and a part of Eastern Queens. Ten weeks into his campaign, Mr. Suozzi is finally hitting his stride around the special election taking place within 24 hours on Feb. 13.
