Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy replaced his top army general Thursday in the biggest leadership shake-up since Russia’s invasion two years ago. Mr. Zelenskyy said on Thursday he had met army chief Gen. Valerii Zaluzhnyi and that the time had come for changes in the military leadership, but that Kyiv’s top general should remain “on his team.” “Today we had a frank discussion about the changes needed in the army.
