Kansas City Man Unaware of 3 Friends Freezing to Death in His Backyard, Lawyer Says

Three frozen bodies were found in a man’s backyard in Kansas City, Missouri, earlier this month. The homeowner’s attorney, however, has said that his client had no knowledge of the bodies being there. According to accounts by friends and family members, the three men, who were acquainted with the homeowner, visited his house to watch the Kansas City Chiefs game against the Los Angeles Chargers on the night of January 7, Fox News reported. The bodies were discovered shortly before 10 p.m. on January 9, after the fiancée of one of the men requested a welfare check, Kansas City Police announced at the time. They found the bodies of 38-year-old Ricky Johnson, 36-year-old Clayton McGeeney, and 37-year-old David Harrington on the back porch and backyard of Jordan Willis’ rented property on the 5200 block of NW 83rd Terrace....
